Halloween can be a fun time only if you know and obey the rules of
Trick or Treating.
Always take Mom or Dad with you when you go out.
Always watch where you are going and look both ways to cross the street.
NEVER, NEVER talk to strangers, even if they are in costume.
Have your parents check your candy before you eat any of it.
Make sure that you wear a costume that fits you so you don't trip.
Make sure you have lots of fun but be SAFE!
