Have you ever looked at old pictures and they have yellowed or turned red? Most times it is expensive to restore the photo to it's original form, if it can be done at all. That happened with several pictures of ours. Scanning these photos and working with them on the computer can help restore them to almost perfect conditions. Take a look below. You will see three different pictures of the same person.

The first picture is how we found it in an old box. After scanning and working with the color adjustments, we got a better look in the second picture, and changed the picture to a black and white in the third picture. Color was not in pictures in the early 1800's.

This picture was recovered after a flood, there was some damage to the picture and the color changed to red. After scanning it and working the color balance, you can see quite a difference in the restoration. We have also changed it to a black and white. As you can see, we also repaired the damage to the top of the picture.
